Oneira, we pride ourselves on our personal service. Over the years,
our guests have become our friends, many returning year after year.
They have come to love these islands as much as we do. And they
have come to appreciate the unique Oneira friendliness.
The welfare of our guests during their stay on the islands is in the very capable hands of Dionisia (Denise) who is a director of the company and is based at our office in Aghia Efimia. She is a native Cephalonian and offers a wealth of experience and a detailed knowledge of this part of Greece its people and customs; she is dedicated to providing the level of friendly care, attention and service that is so necessary for a memorable holiday.
Denise and her colleagues are always available to offer any help you need - car hire, boat hire, directions, the best place to eat or simply to chat and pass the time.
We pride ourselves on the standard of all the accommodation we offer. We have inspected all of them personally and made sure that they all meet our standards. Not just for comfort, space, fittings and location; but for the special Oneira feeling of welcome created by people who are our close friends and understand and appreciate our ethos.
Whether or not you have been to Cephalonia or Ithaca before, you are in for a truly wonderful experience. Our aim is to make sure that you get the best of everything, Cephalonia style.

Your financial security
Financial Protection
When you buy an ATOL protected air holiday package or flights provided by Oneira Holidays you will receive a Confirmation Invoice from us confirming your arrangements and your protection under our Air
Travel Organiser’s License. Our ATOL Number is ATOL 6949. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking.

Not all holiday or travel services offered and sold by us will be protected by the ATOL Scheme. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking.
Payments you make to us for your holiday.
All payments that you make to us for your holiday are held in a designated Clients Account. Monies are not released from that account until you receive your holiday or your monies are released to another company that becomes responsible and provides for your financial protection.
