In its private grounds extending to in excess of half an acre Villa Dimoulas offers superb accommodation. The villa is air-conditioned throughout and provides all the modern comforts of a real home, including a well-appointed kitchen complete with a large fridge/freezer, full cooker and a delightful breakfast bar. The capacious lounge dining area is superb; resplendent with comfortable sofas, a large dining area and the fireplace is a charming feature. Two sets of french doors give access to the attractive terrace that surrounds the villa on three sides.

There are no stairs to climb here everything is on one level, the bedrooms approached by a corridor leading from the Karavomilos map lounge area.

The large master bedroom has a double bed and there is ample storage space, double french doors for access to the terrace and there is a superb full en-suite bathroom.

Villa Dimoulas terrace The second bedroom has twin beds, again there is ample storage space and french doors give access to the terrace. Next to this bedroom is the second attractive full bathroom.

Considerable thought has been applied to the whole Villa Dimoulas interior, which is modern and very comfortable.

More awaits – set slightly elevated the pool area it is a terrific feature. A generous paved area, complete with umbrellas and loungers, surrounds the large pool. This delightful area enjoys the sun from early morning slipping only slowly away in the late afternoon.

Villa Dimoulas - pool backdrop Set in a beautiful, tranquil location with a wonderful mountain backdrop there is space here, surrounded by fields yet enticingly Villa Dimoulas beach close to the beach - the whole of Sami Bay is just seventy metres away. Serene but far from isolated - close by in the pretty hamlet of Karavomilos there is a small selection of taverna/restaurants or, a very pleasant short stroll along the beach takes you to Sami with a wider choice of dining spots, shops and a delightful waterfront.
