Staying on both islands
For our guests who would like to combine a holiday on both Ithaca and Cephalonia we will be pleased to arrange this on the basis of a minimum stay on each island of seven nights.

Shopping
for your arrival
We do provide a ‘Welcome Pack’ for your arrival with our compliments.
It contains the following:
Water, Bread, Skimmed milk, Orange juice, Sachets of sugar, Sachets of coffee, Butter, Jam, Bottle of wine, Toilet roll, Washing up liquid, Pan scourer.
Please note that there may be some variations to the contents dependent on local suppliers.
(Harrods Hamper it’s not but it should save you rushing to the shops before you have even unpacked)
If you require additional items to be provided for your arrival we will be pleased to arrange this. Simply contact us a minimum of two days before your arrival with your requirements. Any items should be paid for on arrival together with a charge of 5 Euro for this service.
Flights to Cephalonia
Flights are not included in our prices because we endeavour to provide the maximum flexibility to our guests regarding their choice of departure airport and, dependent on availability, their holiday dates.
We can arrange your flights; we are licensed by the Civil Aviation Authority to provide fully bonded flights and air inclusive holidays under ATOL 6949.
Alternatively you can of course choose to arrange your own flights.

Your financial security
Financial Protection
When you buy an ATOL protected air holiday package or flights provided by Oneira Holidays you will receive a Confirmation Invoice from us confirming your arrangements and your protection under our Air 
Travel Organiser’s License. Our ATOL Number is ATOL 6949. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking.

Not all holiday or travel services offered and sold by us will be protected by the ATOL Scheme. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking.
Payments you make to us for your holiday.
All payments that you make to us for your holiday are held in a designated Clients Account. Monies are not released from that account until you receive your holiday or your monies are released to another company that becomes responsible and provides for your financial protection.

Please complete our online booking form and we will reply by return with details of availability for the accommodation you have selected. Currently we do not show availability on our web site.

Car hire
As our preferred supplier Mercury Rent-a-Car provides all vehicles in Cephalonia.
As our preferred supplier AGS Rent-a-Car provides all vehicles in Ithaca.
We have special rates for Oneira guests who book and pay for their car hire in the UK prior to departure.
Car Hire prices include:
Unlimited kilometres. Full comprehensive insurance. Thief Waiver. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) no excess. Personal Accident Insurance (PAI). T.P.I. Insurance. Local taxes and free additional driver (minimum age 23 years). Free child seats and booster seats. Free delivery and collection to and from your accommodation.
Cars are supplied by Group not by car model. Please note that in common with all areas of Greece the insurance does not cover damage to the vehicle interior, wheels, tyres, windscreen, underside of the vehicle and coded car keys.
Small motor boats
A fantastic
way of exploring the islands coastlines. A licence is not required,
nor do you need previous experience as novices will receive introductory
instruction in boat handling before being let loose!
We are also able to arrange Watersports, Yacht charter (skippered or bareboat), Scuba Diving and Riding. Contact us for more details.

We have details of car parking at various airports and would be happy to make arrangements on your behalf or to provide details.

Should you have any requests concerning your holiday we will endeavour to cater for whatever you require but we cannot always guarantee this.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that you and all members of your party are adequately insured as you book your holiday. It is a condition of booking that you must have adequate travel insurance.
